Vertical hydraulic press HP-300 is used for hot pressing of oil and cold pressing of macerate for tincture. The press consists of a solid, compact metal structure. A hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the structure on the upper side, and a cylinder for breaking out cakes on the lower side. The working part of the press consists of a steel basket with adequate holes. A cylinder enters the basket from the upper side and performs the pressing action, and from the lower side it empties onto a perforated cylinder. Control of the press (cylinders) is done manually using the control stick or semi-automatically via the pressing program. Considering the previously described construction, the press is mounted on a concrete base, to which it is strengthened by anchoring (fastening with anchor bolts to a reinforced concrete surface). The press assembly is a mobile part of the press that can be mounted in the optimal position with regard to the working space.
