Inspection line is used for purchase control, grading, classing and sorting of tobacco according to internal classes for further processing and transport.
It enables fast, easy and good purchase with a minimum participation of human labor.
Grading and classing are performed in the flow of boxes with tobacco
Boxes C-48 with tobacco are dosing to the line with a forklift or a manipulator while classed boxes are automatically compound by manipulator in packages of 3 pieces (one on top of another), ready for further transportation to the warehouse.
The line consists of a minimum of seven conveyors, scales, strapping machines and manipulators for positioning at 10 places.
