We are delighted that customers across Europe, and increasingly from beyond Europe as well, are recognizing our portable dryers as a suitable and high-quality solution to their challenges.

The most important of these include the level of mechanization, degree of automation, and energy efficiency.

Mechanized loading, unloading, and mixing are particularly important, as these are mechanical operations that have traditionally required manual labor. For larger farms, and increasingly for smaller ones as well, this means the need to hire seasonal workers. The shortage of seasonal labor and high labor costs are strong reasons to invest in the solutions mentioned above.

Automatic drying control not only reduces the need for human intervention but also provides a higher-quality solution, as the process is managed based on actual measured moisture and temperature data.

The importance of energy efficiency in times of energy crises caused by geopolitical developments is clear to everyone. However, energy efficiency is also of lasting importance from the perspective of environmental protection. Energy consumption affects production costs and therefore the final product price and overall profitability, but it also contributes to global warming and climate change, which in turn cause a range of other consequences.

That is why old systems like open-top dryers should be replaced with systems like our portable Plug&Play dryers which are enclosed, thermally insulated drying chambers, equipped with intelligent automatic control and high-quality hot-air generators with low sensible heat losses.

The entire family of mobile container dryers is the result of development financed through the B-Light Programme for cross-border cooperation, making this an excellent example of the importance of EU projects in fostering economic growth and development.
